The genesis of Daibes Construction is the one-man, two-son company Assad Y. Daibes formed in 1975. DC is still run according to Assad's simple credo, “Keep your promises.” From a modest masonry service, his children have crafted a respected general contracting business that has successfully completed a multitude of sophisticated construction contracts. In Arabic, Assad means lion and the Lion’s children carry their father’s name with pride.

DC is equipped to furnish services individually, in packages or on a turnkey basis. A Project Team, with a Project Manager and Project Superintendent, is assigned to each contract. Throughout the life of a project the team will manage labor, material and equipment logistics, present progress reports, and work with the architects and engineers to resolve field conditions promptly. A corporate safety department assures compliance with all necessary safety regulations. In ecologically sensitive areas, DC will adapt construction practices to specific environmental concerns.
